• The prize draw is open to all Malaysia residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
• The winner will receive 1 set of Coffee Kit. 2 winners will be selected each month (Sept and Oct).
• The contest participating duration is valid from 16 September 2021 – 31 October 2021.
• The winner will be announced on the De’Longhi Malaysia Facebook page on 8 Oct (1st Draw) and 8 Nov (2nd Draw), respectively.
• An email will be sent out to the winner within 2 weeks of the announcement.
• The winner has to respond to the email within 30 days. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
• The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
