• This contest is organised by KOSÉ (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (‘Organiser’).

• By entering this contest, participants agree to the terms and conditions and are bound by these rules.

• This lucky draw period is from 18 October 2021 to 30 November 2021. Any entries received after 30 November 2021 will not be valid.

• All entries must enter through https://sekkiseivserum.com

• All participants are required to fill in their personal information correctly.

• Each participant is entitled to a single entry. Multiple entries by a single participant will be regarded as a single entry.

• The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the samples with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.

• The Organisation reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

• Participants consent to their entries being used by the Organiser for marketing, advertising, and/or promotional purposes.

• The Organiser will not be responsible for entries that are incomplete or do not meet the entry requirements of this contest.

• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants without prior notice at any point of this lucky draw or after should the participant be found to not have met the entry requirements of this contest.

• Contest prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The winners of this contest will be selected at random and may be subject to the discretion of the Organiser.

• There will be 20 winners of this lucky draw will be selected at random; 20 winners will be announced by monthly basis.

• The winners of this contest will be announced on the Organiser’s Instagram story & Facebook feed only.

• The winners of this contest will be contacted via Whatsapp by the Organiser within 24 hours of the winners being announced.

• If a winner is uncontactable or fails to respond within 48 hours from when contact is attempted, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize.

• Any decisions made by the Organiser in connection with this contest shall be final and binding.
