Terms & Conditions


1. The "Ellgy Plus Chinese New Year - Jump to Prosperity” campaign ("The Campaign") is organized by Ellgy Plus Malaysia ("The Organizer") and shall be held from 1 January 2022 to 28 February 2022, 11:59PM (“Campaign Period”).

2. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Campaign Period at any time without any prior notice. Unless an Extended Period is announced, any entries received after the last day of the Campaign Period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Campaign during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), which shall remain in full force and effect.

3. The Participants must be citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia and above the age of eighteen (18) years with a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12-digit) at the time of participation for the Campaign.

4. The following people are not eligible to participate in the said Campaign: a. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organizer (including its subsidiaries and related companies), including but not exclusive to their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and siblings; b. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organizer, including but not exclusive to their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and siblings.

5. Contest

a) Participants are required to complete the following steps to participate in the contest:

b) Jump to Prosperity Microsite Game:

Step 1: Participants are required to log into their Facebook account or email at www.jumptoprosperity.com.

Step 2: Participants will play the microsite game where they have to tap (mobile version)/press the spacebar (desktop version) to make the Ellgy Lion jump.

Step 3: Participants are required to collect as many oranges as they can within 30 seconds of the game and they are only given 3 chances to play per day.

Step 4: Participants are able to use their collected oranges to redeem prizes of their choice or keep the oranges for a chance to win the grand prize.

Step 5: Participants can share the game on social media and get an additional 2 more chances to play a day.

Step 6: Participants can also upload receipts from purchasing Ellgy Plus products to get an additional 1000 oranges per receipt.

c) Participants will be able to redeem a prize of their choice as listed below:

i. 100 oranges = Ellgy Plus Cracked Heel Cream (limited to 2 redemption/person)

ii) 200 oranges = RM5 Touch N Go reload pin (limited to 2 redemptions/person)

iii) 500 oranges = RM7 Tealive voucher (limited to 2 redemptions/person

Iv) 1000 oranges = RM50 Uniqlo gift card (limited to 1 redemption/person)

v) 2500 oranges = RM100 voucher from JD Sports (limited to 1 redemption/person)

d) The oranges are cumulative and the scoreboard will show the top 10 participants with the highest amount of oranges. The top 3 participants with the highest amount of oranges by the end of the campaign will be entitled to one of the three grand prizes as listed below:

e) Quantity of the prizes mentioned above are limited and redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis. The quantity of the prizes are as listed below:

f) The number of oranges used to redeem any of the prizes above will be automatically deducted from the scoreboard.

g) Winners will receive an email notifying them of their redeemed prizes at the end of the campaign.

6. Prize fulfilment would take place within four (4) weeks after the winner announcement is made.

7. The Organizer takes no responsibility or assumes no liability for the comment and/or content that the participants may post. Participants are solely responsible for the consequences of posting and publishing their comments and/or contents.

8. The Organizer may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry which the Organizer considers to have been in breach of these terms and conditions. This includes, but not limited to, failure to meet Campaign eligibility criteria for entry that contains obscene, libellous, racially disparaging, defamatory, harassing or threatening or unlawful content.

9. The Organizer will not be responsible for entries for the Campaign that cannot be processed due to technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete or illegible, for any reason whatsoever, will be disqualified.

10. Participants must participate in the game within the respective qualifying date. Otherwise, the entry will be disqualified. The Organizer may at its sole discretion amend, change or extend the qualifying dates for any of the qualifying weeks.

11. The Prizes will be mailed to the respective Winners or collected in person at the Organizer’s office at B-3A-07, Dataran 32, No 2, Jalan 19/1, 46300, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, unless advised otherwise, no later than four (4) weeks after winner announcement has been made. Identification as proof of being the winner includes showing their NRIC which displays the full name.

12. Only Participants who fulfil the Campaign Mechanism stated above shall be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries and/or Participants that fail to fulfil the Campaign mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without notice.

13. The Prizes collected from the Campaign cannot be exchanged for cash.

14. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.

15. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the Winners are unable to collect the winning prize within the stipulated time period, the Organizer shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner. The Organizer shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the Prize Collection Period. All unclaimed Prizes after the Collection Period will be forfeited.

16. All Prizes are given on an "As Is" basis and are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.

17. The Organizer makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.

18. All Winners will be notified via email. In the event that the Winner does not receive any email from the Organizer during the stipulated time period, the Winner is required to contact the Organizer via Facebook Direct Message within one (1) week from the Contest’s winners announcement date; failing which, the Prize will be forfeited. The Organizer reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winners.

19. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the Winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least three (3) attempts and/or days.

20. The Organizer reserves the rights to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Winners and to fulfil the delivery of prizes. Winners are to agree that the Organizer may provide all necessary information of Winners to such third parties to facilitate such service.

21. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damages that may occur during shipping of the prizes.

21. The Organizer reserves the rights to forfeit the Prize of any Winners who do not provide the required details as stipulated in the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

22. In the event that a Winner chooses not to accept a Prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organizer.

23. By participating in the Campaign, Participants hereby give their consent to and authorize the Organizer to disclose their particulars to third-party service providers and/or partners engaged by the Organizer for purposes of the Campaign and/or any customer survey in understanding Participants' purchasing behaviour.

24. The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.

25. The Organizer reserves the absolute rights to change, amend, delete, or add to the Campaign Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

26. By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and the decision of the Organizer.

27. By joining this Campaign, Participants also acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram.
