About Tealive x foodpanda Snap & Win Contest
- Must be a resident of Malaysia.
- Must have a valid foodpanda account.
- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
- Participants agree to release Facebook & Instagram from any liability in relation to this Contest.
- Entry and participation in the contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions, foodpanda Policies and Privacy Policies available at foodpanda Malaysia platform.
- Organiser reserves the right to change or alter any part of the contest at its sole discretion without prior notification.
Selection of Winners
- 10 winners will be selected.
- The winners will be selected by an independent panel. The decision by the panels is final and binding.
- The selected winners must not have won any contest prize from foodpanda Malaysia previously.
- All decisions made are final and cannot be appealed by participants.
Prizes
- A total 52 vouchers will be credited to each winner’s voucher wallet in his or her foodpanda account
- Each discount voucher will be valid for RM8 off one (1) purchase of Tealive only.
- Vouchers will be credited into the winner’s foodpanda voucher wallet in 2 phases.
11 October 2021: Twenty-six (26) vouchers will be credited into the winner’s foodpanda voucher wallet bearing a 6 months validity from the date of issue. 12 March 2022: The remaining twenty-six (26) vouchers will be credited into the winner’s foodpanda voucher wallet bearing a 6 months validity from the date of issue.
The use of the discount vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions incorporated therein.
Prizes are strictly non-refundable.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or altered or exchanged for cash.
Notification of Winners
- foodpanda Malaysia team will contact the winners via the Facebook messenger or such other mode of communication as deemed appropriate by foodpanda within 10 working days from the end of the Entry Period. Winners will need to present his/her foodpanda account that matches with the customer ID foodpanda Malaysia Team selected as winner within 7 working days of the winning announcement. (“Announcement Date”)
- Winners are allowed to send representatives details prizes on behalf, with authority letter enclosed with a copy of identity card of the winner sent via email. Any expenses to collect the prizes shall be borne by the winner.
- An email may be forwarded to the winner’s at his or her registered email address with foodpanda on the details of the redemption and use of the prizes, within 14 days from the Announcement Date .
