• All riders must follow the rules and regulations set by the authorities

• Riders are advised to practice safety measures such as wearing of helmets and knee guards while riding on BEAM. Helmets and knee guards are not provided, shoppers may bring their own.

• Riders are strictly not allowed to ride BEAM on the main road and are only allowed to ride BEAM on the pedestrian walk only. Shall there be any incident that occurred, it will not be Sunway Velocity Mall’s liability.

• Any risk of death, disability, or personal injury or loss, damage, fines or claims resulting from the use of BEAM is entirely at shoppers' own risk and Sunway Velocity Mall shall not be liable therefor.

• Shoppers are advised to sanitize before and after the usage of Beam.

• Unique promo codes of RM5 can only be redeemed once per shopper from 30 December 2021 – 31 December 2021.

• Only riders age 18 and above are allowed to ride on BEAM and are allowed to redeem the unique promo code.

• Unique promo codes are subject to availability and are first come first serve basis. No disputes will be entertained in the event that the promos have been fully redeemed.

• Unique promo codes are strictly not for sale and/or resale, and are not exchangeable for cash or other items. Subsidy tickets cannot be transferred.

• Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
