By participating in the Lee Kum Kee “Diplicious Hotpot Sauces” ("Contest"), you ("Participant") acknowledged and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions: -
1 . The Contest is organized by Lee Kum Kee (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("Organizer") and is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above (as of 2021), except for the employees of the Organizer, including their immediate family members, their business partners, affiliated companies, suppliers/ distributors, promotion / advertising / public relations agencies and other parties involved in this Contest.
2. Contest starts on 16th Aug 2021, 12:00 pm and ends on 26th Sep 2021, 11:59pm ("Contest Period").
3. The Organizer has the rights to cancel or change the closing date of the Contest Period as well as to alter the contest mechanics at anytime without notice.
4. The participating brand is:- Lee Kum Kee.
5. Contest Prizes ("Prizes"): -
a. Weekly Prize - Shopee voucher worth RM100 x 15 winners weekly, for 6 weeks.

a. Every eligible entries will be given one (1) serial number.
b. Winners for all the prizes (“Shortlisted Participants”) will be selected randomly through the computer generator system.
c. 90 Weekly Prize winners will be selected from eligible entries from the Weekly Period: Weekly Prize x 15 winners per week x 6 weeks (total 90 weekly prizes during the contest period)
d. Shortlisted Participants will be contacted via Facebook Messenger on a best effort basis with maximum of three (3) attempts. In the event that any Shortlisted Participants could not be contacted, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the Shortlisted Participant with the next name on the list.
e. Each selected Finalists will be given 1 (one) question to answer. The selected Finalists must answer the question posted by the Organizer correctly in order to win the Prize. In the event a selected Finalist could not be contacted and/or failed to answer the question posted by the Organizer, the selected Finalist will be disqualified and replaced by the serial number Finalist subsequent to the serial number of the disqualified Finalist. It is the responsibility of the Finalist to provide correct and true information. The Organizer shall not be liable if the particulars provided by the Finalist are found to be incorrect.
f. Weekly Prize will be awarded via registered mail based on personal details provided by the Shortlisted Participant. It is the responsibility of the Shortlisted Participant to provide a correct and true details. The Organizer shall not be liable if the particulars provided by the Participant are found to be incorrect.
7. All prizes are strictly non-transferable & non-exchangeable
8. Participants may submit as many entries as they wish possible but each entry must be supported with the required participation procedures.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to verify its authenticity before the announcement of winners. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes won.
10. Participant can only win one (1) Weekly Prize during the Contest Period.
11. All prizes will be processed within fourteen (14) working days after the Contest Period ends.
12. Weekly Prize winners will be announced within one (1) week after the Contest Period ends on the Lee Kum Kee Official Facebook Page.
13. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained within 30 days from the winner announcement date.
14. The Organizer reserves the right, as its discretion, to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without prior notice. Prize is non-transferable.
15. The qualification of each individual and their entry will be disqualified if:- The Organizer discovered that entries that are incomplete, defective, unreadable, late. The Organizer reserves the rights to disqualify any entry without prior notice.
16. All photos submitted for the Contest will be the property of the Organizer.
17. Any expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest, to claim the prize and/or to attend the prize giving ceremony, is the sole responsibility of the winner. Participants agreed to bear full liability and responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, claim or accident incurred caused by their participation in this Contest.
18. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions set herein without any prior notice. All matters relating to this Contest are final and binding on all Participants of this Contest, and no correspondence will be entertained.
19. By participating in this contest, participants hereby agree and give their full consent and rights to the Organizer to use the name, address, personal details, document and information without any payment of royalty for the purpose of advertising and publicity pertaining to the contest, either in print or electronic media or to contact the participants for market research purposes from time to time pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
20. All decisions made by the Organizer shall be final. The Organizer will not entertain any request to appeal or review on the decision made by The Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any invalid entries, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend the contest, or change the contest and its prizes without prior notice.
21. All participants hereby warrant that all statements and personal details given are true, correct, accurate, and complete and that the participants have read and understood all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions of this contest and agreed to be bound by it.
