“Show Up Confident with SILKYGIRL (Strong Brow Game)” (“Contest”) is organised by Alliance

Cosmetics Sdn Bhd (the “Organiser”). By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by and

comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement

between you and the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend, add to or remove

any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Contest Period:

1. This Contest will commence from 24th November – 5

th December 2021 (11:59pm)

(“Contest Period”).

2. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period or

terminate the Contest at any time without any prior notice.

Eligibility:

1. The participant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid

National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12 digits) and is of age 16

years and above at the time of participation.

2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in said Contest:

a. permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (and its related

companies, suppliers, retailers, and distributors) and their immediate family

members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective

spouses); and

b. representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest

management agents) of the Organiser and their immediate family members

(their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses).

Contest Submission

1. To participate in this Contest, participant must follow the instructions as stated in the

Instagram post @silkygirlcosmetics:

a. Apply and pose with your go-to SILKYGIRL eyebrow products

b. Post on your story (keep your profile public) and tag @silkygirlcosmetics

c. Don’t forget to tag 2 friends and include #ShowUpConfidentWithSILKYGIRL

Mechanics of the Contest and Prizes:

1. All entries must be submitted between 24

th November – 5

th December 2021

(11:59pm) (both dates and times inclusive). Each participant is only allowed to win 1

(one) prize if chosen as a winner.

2. Participants who submit an entry and fulfil the specified criteria stated in the Contest

post will be shortlisted. From the shortlisted pool of participants, winners will be

selected by the Organiser. Winners will be determined by the Organiser in their sole

discretion, and such determination shall be final and binding.

3. The prize(s) is an exclusive SILKYGIRL GIFT BOX worth more than RM700.

4. There will be a total of 5 (FIVE) winners selected. Each winner will receive one prize

each.

5. The Organiser will announce the winners of this Contest on 19th December onwards

(“Announcement date”) by publishing a post consolidating winner for all three

giveaways.

6. The winners must send a private message (“Notification”) to the Organiser through its

SILKYGIRL Instagram page within 7 days of the Announcement Date to provide the

following details:

a. Full Name

b. Mobile Number

c. Email Address

d. Home Address

7. The prizes will be posted to the winners no later than 4 weeks from the reply to the

Notification. The prizes will only be posted to addresses within Malaysia.

8. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of similar

value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.

9. Winners who do not respond within 7 days of when winners are announced on the

Announcement date will be disqualified and have their prizes forfeited. The Organiser

will not entertain any correspondence with disqualified parties.

10. The prizes are not exchangeable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not

replaceable if stolen or lost.

11. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees

and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and to

redeem/collect the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

12. The Organiser will not be held liable of non-receipt of the prizes or damages caused

to the prizes during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of prizes

will be entertained.

Other Terms & Conditions:

1. By participating in this Contest and/or accepting the prize, each participant and/or

winner:

a. consents (i) to the use of the materials in his/her contest entry, his/her name

and/or photographs as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade

and/or publicity without any compensation; and/or (ii) to the collection, use

and disclosure to any third party service providers and/or partners by the

Organiser, of any personal data provided by a participant to the Organiser in

conjunction with the Contest, for such purposes as Organiser deemed

necessary of the administration and management of the Contest;

b. agrees that the Organiser shall not be responsible and no claim relating to

any losses or injuries shall be asserted against the Organiser for any and all

losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the

Contest and acceptance or usage of any prize, including without limitation

personal injuries, death or property damage; and

c. warrants and represents that the content posted in comment section of the

contest post will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or any other

rights of the third party.
