The following rules apply to the Counterpain Spend & Win CNY Contest (“Contest”), organized by Counterpain Malaysia (“The Organizer”). The Contest is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by Counterpain Malaysia from time to time) herein contained (“Terms and Conditions”). By entering, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of The Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

1. This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card except employees and immediate family members of The Organizer, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

5. One receipt is equivalent to one contest entry. Contestants may submit multiple receipts as they wish.

6. Winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp.

7. By participating, the participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the Contest. The Organizer may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

9. All products awarded “as is” and are strictly not for sale, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with the same value.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

12. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for products lost or damaged due to any other error.

13 The Organizer reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate the terms and conditions of this Contest at its sole discretion.

Privacy Notice :

I.By participating in the Contest, the Contestant hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent for their information (including but not limited to names, NRIC/passport numbers and/or photographs) (“Information”) to be processed by the Organizers and any of their holding, subsidiary or related companies and service providers, agents and contractors who provide administrative and business support to the Organizer and act on its behalf to process the Contestant’s information provided in the entry form for the purpose of this Contest. This includes marketing (market survey and trend analysis), publicity, commercial or trade, economic efficiency and administration purposes without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.

II.To the extent that the applicable laws allow, the Contestants have the right to request for access to, request for a copy of, request to update or correct their personal information held by the Organizer by contacting COUNTERPAIN MALAYSIA on their official Facebook page.
