The following rules apply to the Counterpain Spend & Win CNY Contest (“Contest”), organized by Counterpain Malaysia (“The Organizer”). The Contest is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by Counterpain Malaysia from time to time) herein contained (“Terms and Conditions”). By entering, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of The Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

1. This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card except employees and immediate family members of The Organizer, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.
